The strength of CODINA Textile Machinery lies in its strong engineering Team: we are Mechanics, Electricians and Programmers. The Manufacture our machines in SPAIN and we import equipment and we "CODINA-MADE" them, we "tailor-made" them in SPAIN with the highest Standards and State of Art Solutions.

We are able to do A N Y T H I N G, however we supply most Ring Twisting 1 x1 , Double Twisting 2x1, Uptwisting 2x1+Ring 1x1, then Patent iTPRX 2x1first+2x1second+precision winding sole step process, precision winders manual and automatic, plus the Toro or Inflow twisters.

Our Story

The roots of CODINA Textile Machinery trace back to 1996, when Antonio Pagès Codina began his career at Spinning, Twisting & winding Machinery manufacturer as Sales Area Manager. Promoted to Commercial Director, leading a dedicated sales team, the Company multiplied per 5 its turnover and incorporated into the Machines the demands from the market.

Overcoming Challenges

During this period, Toni navigated key challenges in the industry, constant improvements to lead the Company at the front of its niche.

But Company became split in 2 due to a shareholder conflict and a new home-made competition overcame. This commercial conflict was won but at same time created virtual monopoly in this sub-sector back in 2008.

The Firm shifted focus towards maintaining recurring clients and trade fairs; expanding its margins and reducing the need for expansive commercial roles. Toni continued despite being less necessary, among other reasons for fidelity to the senior management. Once the old manager-constructor was retired and a new generation was fully stablished; all job was done here and the profesional relationship ended on November 4th. 2021.

More than a company, CODINA Textile Machinery represents the APOGEE of a personal and professional journey. With over 30 years on this industry Toni contributes with his deep expertise in creating disruptive proceses which makes his clients to jump in competitively in their markets.

His son Víctor brings a modern perspective through branding, communication, and corporate identity. Together, they embody the balance of tradition and innovation, building a business designed to transcend generations. CODINA is not only a response to market needs but it also a R&D for his Customers and a legacy project, rooted in dedication, creativity, and family values.

The Foundation of CODINA

Exactly 1 year later, on November 4th. 2022, CODINA Textile Machinery was founded, and Toni started to follow his own path: while his previous company was focused solely on ring-twisting machines and manual winders, CODINA started to offer a broader range of solutions, yes also in the field of ring-twisting, but plus two-for-one twisting machines, covering machines, heavy duty automatic winders.

Later, CODINA expanded where heavy ring twisting was not appropriate towards "Toros" or Inflow Twisters and heavy Rope making machines. This diversification allows CODINA to cover the entire spectrum of yarn and rope machinery, from the finest filaments, heavy industrial cords to Ropes.

Per synergies for our same Customers we supply Extruders and Braiding machines.

We actually are Mechanic, Electricians and Programers; therefore we have the capacity to Manufacture any machine we have know-how. In many cases we import equipment and we "CODINAMADE" them with the highest Standards and State of Art Solutions.
